Programs
Saving Amy focuses on five core programs to address the unique needs of our families
Rise Up
A Place to Call Home
The Rise Up program unfolds in two parts, offering rent subsidies, furniture, home supplies, and the chance to move out of low-income neighborhoods. By fostering a transition to high-quality communities, Rise Up significantly improves our families’ employment, income, education, and physical health.
Rolling Forward
Opening Doors to New Opportunities
Experience newfound opportunities with our Rolling Forward program, which provides donated vehicles to Saving Amy families. Vehicles are reliable modes of transportation to work and school, and a car opens doors to improved neighborhoods and enhanced job opportunities.
Empowerment
Through Therapy
Building a Healthy Community Through Inner Transformation
Adults and children are enrolled in trauma therapy facilitated by licensed therapists from across the valley. Each case is personalized and guided by the therapist’s expert recommendation.
Thrive
Essential Classes for Life Skills
Thrive through life with our essential classes under the THRIVE program. From budgeting and nutrition to meditation, career development, and parenting, THRIVE is a life skills program empowering individuals and families with the knowledge needed to navigate and excel in various aspects of life.
Kids Go
Letting Kids Be Kids
Encouraging the joy of childhood, the Kids Go program pairs Saving Amy children with students from Brophy College Preparatory and other local high schools. Through year-round tutoring, mentoring, and engaging summer camps, Saving Amy children enhance their academic performance, develop positive behavior management skills, and cultivate a love for learning.
